Mechanicals:

All ads must be delivered as camera-ready artwork or on disc, otherwise an additional charge of $45 per ad shall apply.  Accepted formats are:  JPEG or TIFF files for PC.

Terms: First time advertisers and agencies shall pay one-half the ad rate in advance, the remainder invoiced upon publication and each month thereafter;

Agency Commission: We pay a 15% Agency commission;

Liability: Advertisers and agencies shall hold the publisher, its employees, subcontractors and agents free and harmless from any costs and damages resulting from placement of an ad (including but not limited to: claims of libel, violation of copyright, privacy and all other acts. Publisher shall have the full right to settle any such claim and to control any litigation or arbitration arising therefrom at the cost of the advertiser or agency.
